Revive an abandoned trademark application for $350 (government fees included). There is an additional fee of $200/class if filing specimens (Statement of Use or Allegation of Use).

If your trademark was unintentionally abandoned within the last two months, there may be a possibility to revive it. If you meet the criteria for revival, please click below. However, if it has been longer than two months since you received a Notice of Abandonment from the Trademark Office, you will have to reapply for your trademark, assuming no one else has applied for substantially the same mark and goods/services in the meantime.
